Join a trip to Guatemala!

We are inviting a small group to join us October 25 to November 1 at Nueva Vida in Santa María de Jesús.

It will be a full week, including leading a Vacation Bible School, helping build a home for a Nueva Vida family, celebrating the end of the school year, and taking part in cultural activities in the community.

Your generosity makes the everyday work of Nueva Vida possible. Because of you, children learn in classrooms where they are welcomed, families receive therapy and support, and our staff are able to serve with care and faithfulness.

You can give online or by mail as a one-time gift, become a monthly donor, or explore planned giving.

We welcome qualified individuals who are interested in supporting our work in Guatemala. Volunteers contribute their time, skills, and experience in ways that strengthen existing programs and encourage our staff and families.

Join the Schoolyard

At Nueva Vida, everything passes through the schoolyard.

It is where children gather before class, where snacks are shared, where parents wait at pickup, and where conversations, prayers, laughter, and ordinary moments all find their way into the same space.

The Schoolyard is our monthly giving community for those who want to stay close to daily life in Santa María de Jesús.

Each month, members receive stories and reflections from staff in Guatemala, behind-the-scenes glimpses into daily life at Nueva Vida, recipes and traditions from our community, prayer prompts, student artwork, and small moments from everyday life in Guatemala that may never make it into a public newsletter.

Over time, our hope is that Santa María de Jesús begins to feel familiar. That you come to know our staff and students by name. That the stories and rhythms shared here become part of your own life too.
